Welcome to Cuídate Counseling!

If you are looking for judgment-free, collaborative, and compassion-focused mental health care, you’ve arrived at the right place.

Cuídate Counseling is a space for exploring your emotions, accepting the parts of you that you may be struggling with, and growing towards a life with more joy.

Hi, I’m Stephanie (she/ella).

I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I work with adolescents and emerging adults in navigating life transitions, increasing social connectedness, and breaking patterns that no longer serve them. As your therapist I would sit with you to collaboratively uncover your personal values, support you in the care of your authentic self, and increase your emotional awareness at your own pace.

Theories I use in counseling: Relational Cultural, Holistic, Person Centered, Feminist, Acceptance and Commitment (ACT)

Concerns I have collaborated with clients on: Adjustment Disorder, Adolescent Issues, Anxiety, Body Image Concerns, Depression, Disordered Eating Behaviors, Exploring Gender Identity, Identity Development, Life Transitions, Stress Management, Self-Esteem, and Trauma

In-network with: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Oscar Health, Oxford, and United Healthcare
